摘    要:针对超高强度钢高速铣削过程中刀具磨损严重的问题,采用金属陶瓷刀具对超高强度钢进行高速铣削试验,从而建立刀具磨损速率的预测模型.以切削速度、进给量和轴向切深3个切削工艺参数作为设计变量,以刀具磨损速率最小和切削效率最高作为优化目标,基于遗传算法对切削工艺参数进行优化,获得了最优切削工艺参数组合.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of severe tool wear during high speed cutting of super-strength steel,high speed cutting experiments on super-strength steel were carried out using cermet tools to establish a prediction model of tool wear rate.Taking cutting speed,feed and axial cutting depth as design variables,and minimum tool wear rate and maximum cutting efficiency as optimization objectives,the optimal combination of cutting process parameters was obtained by optimizing the cutting process parameters based on genetic algorithm.
