| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法对韶关市1 160名中小学生参加体育锻炼的现状进行调查,经分析认为,学生体能素质下降的直接原因在学生自身参加体育活动少,但根本原因在于学校领导、班主任、体育教师、家长对学生体质健康的重视程度及其对学生体育意识的培养.针对存在的问题,研究有效的干预措施予以解决,为增强学生体质健康服务.

| Abstract: | By adopting questionnaire,the authors investigated the present situation of the middle school students and the pupils in Shaoguan taking part in physical training,and after analysis,they thought that the direct reason about the decline of students' physical quality was the students themselves seldom taking part in sports,but the basic reason lied in the level that the school leader, the teacher in charge of a class,P.E teacher,parents paid attention to the students constitutional health and the foster to the students physical consciousness.In view of these questions,we should research the interfered measure to solve them,to serve for building up the students' physical health. |
