| 摘 要： | 分析民族院校贫困生问题及其成因 ,对新形势下民族院校贫困生扶贫济困工作的目标、机制和措施提出新的思考。认为要解决好民族院校贫困生问题 ,必须改变济困理念 ,提升济困目标 ,在济困方式上应尽快实现以国家助学贷款为主的资助体系 ,同时要把经济资助与智力资助相结合 ,这样 ,才能全面提高贫困生的素质

| Abstract: | After a study of the problems and causes of impoverished students in university for nationalities, the author considers in a new way the aims, conducting systems and measures of the aid project for impoverished students under new situation. Namely, in order to improve the abilities of impoverished students, it is a must to change views about poverty, to carry out as early as possible the state's loan projects for impoverished students, and at the same time the aid to ability should go side by side with the aid to finance. |
