摘    要:CAD/CAPP/CAM/MPS(加工过程仿真)是虚拟制造的关键技术。本系统针对非回转体零件,基于STEP标准,利用商品化CAD/CAM软件——Pro/E为平台,在完成CAM与CAD、CAPP、MPS信息集成的基础上,利用Pro/E的加工功能实现加工过程的自动化,并为加工过程仿真与NC代码仿真提供信息需求。本CAM系统通过获取CAD的零件建模信息,CAPP的工艺规划信息,对Pro/E的CAM信息获取进行重新设计,对Pro/E的加工功能进行二次开发,实现CAM与CAD、CAPP、MPS的无缝集成,完成零件的自动加工过程仿真,大大减少了工程技术人员的工作量。实际应用表明:此方法集成度高、柔性大。

Abstract:CAD/CAPP/CAM/MPS (machining process simulation) is a key point in virtual manufacturing. Automatic machining under Pro/E has been realized for non rotate parts based on STEP and information integration among CAD, CAM, CAPP and MPS. Moreover, it also provides information for machining process simulation and NC generation. With the help of part modeling from CAD and process planning from CAPP, machining functions in Pro/E are further developed by redesigning the information retrieval for CAM to finish the seamless integration among CAD, CAPP, CAM and MPS. High integrity and flexibility are showed in real applications. Finally, it greatly reduces working load of engineers.
