| 摘 要： | 采用封闭集中问卷的方式对当代大学生的人际关系状况、人际关系建立、友好相处能力、平息冲突能力、容纳他人能力五部分进行调查.根据调查结果,结合学生实际评分,分类采取相应措施,因材施教,从而提高高校学生人际交往、沟通的能力. |

| Abstract: | By closed concentration questionaire, five parts ot interpersonal relationship condition, interpersonal relationship establishment, ability of getting along well with others, ability of settling dispute and ability of tolerating others among college students were investigated. According to the result and combined the practical marks from students, corresponding measures to offer individulized quality education should be adopted to improve the communication ability of college students. |
