最小电容离散开关电容滤波器设计

摘    要:本文提出了一个新的单放大器开关电容(SC)滤波器,给出了该电路的最小电容离散设计,分析了无源灵敏度并考虑了有限GB对该电路的影响。分析与设计结果表明,新电路较传统的同类型电路具有更小的容离散、总电容和GB效应。实验也证实了该电路的正确性。

Abstract:A novel single-amplifier switched-capacitor (SC) fiter is presented. Design of the least capacitor spread for it is given. The effects of passive sensitivities and limited GB on the new circuit are investigated. Analysis and design show that the proposed circuit have much less capacitor spread, total capacitance, and lower limited GB effects. The validity for. it is verified by the experment with discrete elements.
