高炉喷吹煤粉燃烧过程的研究

摘    要:本文模仿高炉风口前燃烧条件,用试验与计算方法,对喷吹煤粉燃烧速度进行研究,按假设条件建立了喷吹煤粉燃烧速度的数学模型,试验与计算结果基本接近,按高炉风口燃烧特性,将模型作了修正,得出了适合高炉喷吹条件下煤粉燃烧速度变化规律的数学模型,在均匀稳定喷吹情况下,高炉适宜的喷煤量应为140—160kg/吨铁。

Abstract:With the simulation of combustion condition in the raceway in front of a tuyere, the burning rate of pulverized coal injected into a blast furnace has been experimentally and theoretically investigated. A mathematical model based on some assumptions and analyses is then established and proved basically real by comparing the results measured with those calculated by computer. Some modifications are made to the model for no other reason but the difference between actuality and model, and a mathematical model describing the behavior of the burning rate of pulverized coal injected during combustion process is therefore obtained to adapt itself to the actual injection conditions in blast furnace. It is found that in case of uniformly stable injection an appropriate amount of which the pulverized coal injects can be up to 140-160 kg per tonne molten iron.
