摘    要:本文探讨一种高速织机四连杆打纬机构的平衡分析和计算机辅助设计方法。无梭织机高速运转时的打纬过程引起机架的振荡和经纱张力的波动。本方法提出通过各杆件质量和几何位置的分布设计达到振荡力、振荡力矩、轴承力和输入力矩的平衡来探索在设计过程中的连杆的最优动态响应。优化过程涉及选择设计参数、制定优化准则、运动学平衡和减少振荡力和振荡力矩。通过对实例动态特性能得到明显改善的优化结果,说明了打纬机构的动态设计是无梭织机筘运动设计的一个极重要部分。

Abstract:In this paper an analytical and computer aided procedure for the balance offour-bar beat-up mechanism of high-speed weaving looms has been presented.Thebeat-up processes of high speed shuttleless weaving looms bring about considerableframe shock and warp tension fluctuations.The present method can help to achieveoptimum dynamic response of the linkage in the design stage,attaining the balanceamong shaking forces,shaking moments,bearing reactions and input-torque fluc-tuations by carefully planning geometric locations and mass distributions of thelinks.The optimization procedure involves the choice of design parameters,theformulation of optimal criterion,the balance of mechanism and the reduction ofshaking forces and moments.As shown in the example,the optimizationcan resultin a significant improvement of dynamic characteristics,which shows that thedynamic design of beat-up mechanism is one of the most important stages in the sleymotion design of a shuttleless weaving machine.
