| 摘 要： | 根据电机定子的结构特点及定子叠片和机座通风隔板对振动的影响分析,采用Pro/E软件建立了YKSL1730电机定子虚拟样机模型,导入V isualNastran仿真软件中进行模态仿真研究,得到定子的固有频率和三个典型频率区域振型,分析了在不同定子内径下定子的固有频率情况,仿真结果对振动实验和定子结构优化具有指导意义.

| Abstract: | Based on the structeere features of stators,laminated cylinders and well-ventilated block,virtual prototyping models of stators are established by a 3-D modeling software,Pro/Engineer.With the models,mode analysis is carried out by a finite element analysis software,and visualNastran.Natural frequencies and three kinds of vibration shape are obtained.By changing the inside diameter value of stator,influences of inside diameter on the natural frequencies are investigated.Simulation results show that it is hepful to the vibrational test and optimization of the stator. |
