基于多通道脑电信号模型的研究

摘    要:首先构建基本神经元群落模型,对三种典型脑电波形进行仿真,在此模型基础上,将模型扩展至多动态神经元群落模型和多通道耦合神经元群落模型.在这两种模型研究中,通过改变模型的耦合参数来模拟不同耦合强度、不同耦合方向下的脑电信号,结果表明,通过调整模型中神经元细胞子群振荡器的权重系数,在多动态神经元群落模型中,模型输出的脑电信号更加丰富,可以低至δ波,高至γ波;在多通道耦合神经元群落模型中,随着耦合系数的增加,低频分量更加明显,当系数足够大时会出现低频单一谱峰.通过模拟针刺刺激,也证实耦合系数的增加能够增强脑电信号间的同步性.

Abstract:The basic neuron mass model was constructed,the three typical forms brain waves was simulated.The basic model was extended to multi-kinetics NMM and multi-channel coupled NMM.In the two new models,the EEG signals under different coupling strengths and different coupling direction were simulated by changing the coupling parameters of the model.The result shows that the multi-kinetics NMM can output more abundant signals by adjust the weight coefficient of the model.With the increase of coupling coefficient in multi-channel coupled NMM,low frequency component was more obvious.Low frequency single spectrum peak occurs when the coefficient threshold was reached.In this paper,EEG signal from the acupuncture stimulation was simulated;the results show that the increase of the coupling coefficient can enhance synchronization between the different channels of the signal.
