| 摘 要： | 江泽民对我国军事人才建设高度重视,并形成了其科学完整的军事人才建设思想.这一思想包括军事人才是建军治军之本,军事人才须符合新型高素质标准,军事人才的培养造就主要靠教育训练,军事人才的选拔任用要不拘一格,军事人才队伍建设要有明确的目标和法制保障.

| Abstract: | Comrade Jiang Zemin attaches great importance to the construction of our military talents, and forms his scientific and integrated ideology on the construction of the military talents. The ideology mainly includes the following contents: military talents are the root of building and governing army; military talents must be consonant with the new pattern and high-quality criteria; the culture of military talents mainly depends on education and training; the selection and appointment of military talents demands not to stick to one pattern; the cultivation of military talents relies on a definite goal and the legal system. |
