河砂颗粒与缓速土酸的反应动力学模型

摘    要:通过实验研究了河砂颗粒与高浓度缓速土酸的酸岩反应过程及其影响因素.实验结果表明:在一定温度下,随着反应时间的延长,4种不同粒径河砂的损失量增大而反应速率减小;随着河砂颗粒变小,颗粒损失量增大,反应速率也增大;随着反应温度的增加,颗粒的损失量增加,反应速率也增大.基于未反应收缩核模型,建立了描述酸岩反应的反应动力学模型,可描述酸岩反应过程中岩石颗粒的损失量随时间的变化规律.

Abstract:The acid—rock reaction process of river sand particles with retarded mud acid(HF/NH4Cl mixtures)of higher concentration and its effecting factors are investigated through experiments.The experimental results show that,at definite temperature,the loss quantity of the river sand of 4 different grain-diameters increases and the reaction rate decreases with the increase of the reaction time;the loss quantity and the reaction rate all increase with the reduction of the grain-diameter of the sand;the loss quantity and the reaction rate all increase with the increase of the reaction temperature.The kinetic model of the acid—rock reaction is established based on unreacted shrinking core model,and it can describe the variation law of the loss quantity of the sand particles with time in the reaction process.
