现阶段高校辅导员思想政治教育职能的缺失及对策思考

随着时代的进步以及社会的发展,我国高等教育获得了重大进步,高校为进一步做好学生管理工作,都加大了高校辅导员队伍的建设。大学生是祖国的未来,是国家的栋梁,只有提高大学生思想政治教育工作,才可以改善大学生的思想观念,进而促进大学生发奋图强,为建设中国特色社会主义社会做出贡献。高校辅导员作为高校学生思想政治教育的关键,在实际思想政治教育过程中,却呈现出明显的滞后性,不利于人才质量的提高。本文旨在研究当前我国高校辅导员思想政治教育工作现状,针对出现的思想政治教育问题提出相应的思想政治教育工作策略,期望为高校辅导员在开展思想政治教育工作创新方面的进一步开展提供思路。
