摘    要:本文系统研究了分光光度法测定淀粉水解DE值的原理,条件及结果的准确度。结果证明,该法操作简单,快速,成本低,测量范围广,具有广泛的推广价值。

Abstract:This paper make a systematic study in determinating starch hydrolysis DE equivalent by spectrophotometry, this researching included the Principle. Conditions of measurement and the accurate of the result. The results show that the method is simple. rapid,inexppensive and vast lange. So it is worth popularizing.
