| Abstract: | This paper make a systematic study in determinating starch hydrolysis DE equivalent by spectrophotometry, this researching included the Principle. Conditions of measurement and the accurate of the result. The results show that the method is simple. rapid,inexppensive and vast lange. So it is worth popularizing. |
