非水相生物催化的最新研究进展和研究热点

摘    要:
生物催化的主要挑战是将生理状态下作用的酶转变为工业过程中苛刻条件下执行功能的催化剂,其中非水相生物催化是工业生物催化的一个重要方面。近年来工业生物技术飞速发展,生物催化领域也取得突破性进展,生物催化剂在非水相中活性及稳定性研究、耐溶剂生物催化剂的筛选构建及修饰和改造、生物相容性和环境相容性好的绿色介质等研究方面也有很大进展。最近的研究热点和未来几年的研究方向主要是:基于基因组信息的耐溶剂酶的虚拟筛选和构建;基于自然界筛选新酶基因的耐溶剂酶的重构和改造;离子液体等环境相容性好的绿色介质系统等几个方面。

Abstract:
One of the major challenges of biocatalysis is the application of native enzymes as industrial biocatalysts under stringent conditions, and biocatalysis in non-aqueous media is an important aspect of industrial biocatalysis. With the rapid development of industrial biotechnology, breakthrough in biocatalysis has been made in recent years, especially in areas of stability and activity of biocatalysts in non-aqueous media, screening, construction and modification of solvent-tolerant biocatalysts, as well as the development of green solvent with excellent biological and environmental compatibility. The recent trend and future focus are: in silico virtual screening and construction of solvent-tolerant biocatalysts based on bioinformatic technology, modification and construction of native solvent-tolerant biocatalysts, the development of environmental friendly green solvent such as ionic liquids, etc.
