W18Cr4V钢激光表面淬火工艺参数的选择

摘    要:对W18Cr4V钢激光表面淬火工艺参数进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,激光表面淬火工艺参数d=1.5mm,q=124W/mm2,v=18mm/s时,激光淬火加热温度处于Ac1~T熔范围之内.可以得到无表面熔化的淬火层,淬火层深度0.25mm,淬火层组织为细针状马氏体+碳化物+残余奥氏体,显微硬度HV0.1950~1050

Abstract:In this paper, the writer reseached the technology parameter of W18Cr4V steel laser surface quenching. the results of testing show that the quenching layer of no melt on the face can be gained when the technology parameter d is equal to 1.5mm,q is equal to 124W/mm2,v is equal to 18mm/s and the heating temperature is between Acl and Tmelt. The depth of quenching layer is equal to 0.25mm and its micro-hardness HV0. 1 is between 950 and 1050 and its microstruture is composed by M+Cem+A'.
