摘    要:基于AMESim中建立的高速电磁开关阀的动态模型,在不同饱和磁感应强度、无磁滞磁化强度形状系数、可逆性系数、涡流系数情况下,对高速电磁开关阀的电流、阀芯位移特性、空载流量特性和空载压力特性进行了仿真。根据仿真结果,分析了磁性材料对高速电磁开关阀动静态特性的影响,提出了根据B-H曲线选择电磁高速开关阀磁性材料的原则。

Abstract:Based on AMESim dynamic model of the high speed on - off solenoid valve, the paper sim- ulates current characteristics, spool displacement characteristics, no -load flow characteristics and no - load pressure characteristics in the different case of saturation magnetization, the shape factor of no hysteresis magnetization, the reversibility coefficient and the eddy current coefficient. According to the simulation results and analysis of static and dynamic properties of high speed on - off solenoid valve consider the effect of magnetic materials, the principle of magnetic materials is put forward according to the B -H curve.
