| Abstract: | There are profound cultural connotations in the strategy that we should combine "rule by law" with "rule by virtue" . The strategy is the significant achievement of the communist Party of China in the theory innovation under the new historical circumstances. It is the crystallization of absorbing excellent culture of law in the world. It points out the correct direction of the modernization of Chinese culture of law. It will enhance the development of the socialist construction. |
