联合使用地塞米松和非那根预防离子型造影剂副作用的价值

摘    要:为了评价联合使用地塞米松及非那根降低离子型造影剂的副作用,随机将400例患者分为两组,一组在使用造影剂前静脉注射10mg地塞米松及肌肉注射非那根50mg,另一组不给预防药。结果表明:预防用药组造影剂总的副作用发生率为11%,对照组为19.5%.对照组打喷嚏、恶心/呕吐、口干/咽喉搔痒感及皮肤潮红/荨麻疹的发生率分别为8.5%,12.5%,13.5和12%,而预防用药组分别是3%,4%,7.5%和3.5%.联合使用地塞米松及非那根能明显降低患者对离子型造影剂的副作用发生率.

Abstract:To determine whether the prevalence of overall reactions in patients receiving iv ionic contras media can be reduced by pretreatment with Dexamethasone and Phenagen. A random-ized,blinded study involving 400 patients. Patients were divided into two groups. One group re-ceived Dexamethasone 10 mg iv and Phenagen 50 trig im dose before injection of contrast material. The other group was not received any pretreatment drugs in the same time periods. Patients were blinded regarding the premedication and contrast material. All signs and symptoms that appeared after injection of contrast material were carefully recorded. The overall incidence of reactions in pretreatmennt group is 11% and the other group is 19.5%(P=0.013). The various reaction rates to contrast media was difference between the pretreatment and nonpretreatment groups; nau-sea and/or vomition( 12.5% vs 4% , P=0.002), sneezing (8.5% vs 3 % , P= 0.015), urticaria and/or reddish cutis(12% vs 3.5% ,P=0.001). This study clearly indicates that the prevalence of overall reactions in patients receiving iv ionic contrast medium can be reduced by pretreatment with Dexamethasone and Phenagen.
