| 摘 要： | 试验以玫瑰叶片为试材,在四种培养基上进行愈伤组织诱导,结果发现MS+2.4-D2.0mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L+水解乳蛋白250mg/L的培养基诱导率最高,达到100%.
