摘    要:采用0.1%、0.2%的Sm-6229菌剂浸种和喷施小麦幼苗,并观测其幼苗的生长与生理变化、结果表明:菌剂对小麦种子萌发、幼苗生长、以及对叶绿素、蛋白质和可溶性糖含量等均有促进作用,尤其是0.2%的菌剂浸种,效果较明显,作为一种促进植物工的物质,可和于农业生产。

Abstract:The seeds and seedlings of spring wheat(Triticum aesti yu m)were treated with 0 1% and 0.2% Sm\|6229 fungus extract from one of Actinomyc es.Experiment results indicate that the extract plays a promotive role on the ge rmination of seeds,the growth of seedlings,the content of chlorophyll,proteins a nd soluble saccharides,and the activity of root system,so Sm\|6229 can be us ed in agricultural production as a valid plant growth regulator.The promotive ef fect of 0.2% concentration of the extract is more obvious than that of 0.1%.
