| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江省慈溪市部分农村的实地调研,针对大量外来人口在农村居住的实态,探讨了农村租住型住宅的设计,为有效解决农村外来人口的居住形态问题以及社会主义新农村建设中的农村居住建筑设计提供了思路。

| Abstract: | Through the field investigation on some rural areas of Cixi City,Zhejiang Province,and in the light of the actual housing situation of a great deal of external populations in rural areas,this paper probes into the design on rural leased residences,which provides some ideas of for solving the problems of the residence forms of the external populations in rural areas and making the architectural design for the rural residence in the construction of the new socialist countryside. |
