隐喻的解读过程,即通过联想给喻体指派一个与喻体相关的特征的过程。在解读隐喻时,听者应假定言者的话语具有最佳关联,在此基础上激活认知语境,推理出合理的喻义。隐喻的翻译方法大致有四种:直译法、换喻法、明喻法和意译法。

A brief analysis of metaphor

The explanation and comprehension procedure of metaphor,is a procedure that the analogical body is given a characteristic similar to itself through association.When reading a metaphor,the listener should assume the speaker's words have an optimal connection,on the basis of which the cognitive surroundings are activated and the reasonable meaning is inferred.There are four ways of metaphorical translation,which are literal translation,metonymy translation,simile translation and free translation.
