摘    要:介绍了以电喷雾电离(ESI)和大气压化学电离(APCI)这两种软电离离子源为接口的高效液相色谱/质谱联机技术的应用,应用高效液相色谱将α-三连噻吩和麻保沙星与基质分离后,在线与质谱联用,根据分子离子定性判断α-三连噻吩和麻保沙星,在此基础上,本文讨论了ESI和APCI这两种离子化方式的选择原则,流动相的选择及流速匹配、干燥气的流速和温度确定等实践中遇到的问题。

Abstract:This paper introduces the usage of HPLC/MS(High Performarce Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry) with ESI(Electrospray Ionization) and APCI(Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization) as interface. HPLC was applied to separate Marbxacin or alpha_terthienyl from matrixs. Coupled with on_line mass spectrometry, chromatographic peaks were assigned according to their mass spectrometry. Practical problems such as the selection of ESI or APCI,the selection of mobile phase, the flow rate and temperature of drying gas were also discussed.
