摘    要:研究耐力训练对在递增负荷运动时通气功能的影响。该研究中采用 12名中长跑专项特长的男体育专业大学生为实验对象。在训练前后 ,分别对他们进行运动试验 ,同时观察在递增负荷运动中的通气功能变化。结果发现 ,训练后最大吸氧量明显增加 ,而且吸氧量在不同负荷水平时也明显增加 ,训练对心率变化没有影响。相同负荷水平时吸氧量的增加可能与在训练后机体对高强度的运动刺激适应加快和无氧供能成分减少有关。这种表现对在运动训练中进行机能适应性水平评价是有实际意义的。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of endurance training on the ventilatory responses to incremental exercise in male physical education students.Twelve students underwent two exercise tests on a cycle ergometer before and after training respectively.The ventilatory response was assessed during the incremental exercise test.Post-training,the mean Vo2max was increased,and the mean Vo2 was significantly higher than the pre-training value at all work rates and at the ventilatory threshold.Training had no effect on heart rate at all workloads examined.An explanation for the higher Vo2 cost for the samn work rate may be that in the endurance-trained state,the adaptation to an exercise stimulus with higher intenstity is faster than for the less-trained state.Another explanation may be that at the same work rate in the less-trained state,the power is generated using a significantly anaerobic input.The results of this study will be practical for training management in athletes.
