| 摘 要： | 研制了一种新型的科研教学两用的表面磁光克尔效应测量系统,给出了该测量系统的设计方案、结构、技术性能、实验原理及使用方法.该测量系统可用于磁光器件、磁性薄膜及不同材料多层磁性薄膜特性参数的测量. |

| Abstract: | A new system that can be applied for scientific research and experiment teaching of surface magneto-optic Kerr effect testing is manufactured.The design scheme,configuration,technique performance,testing principles,and operation skill of the system are stated.Also,the system can be used for the measurement of the characteristic parameters of magneto-optic elements,magnetic film and multi-layer magnetic films that make up of different materials. |
