摘    要:研究蜜环菌胞外多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响.采用环磷酰胺(CY)造模法制作小鼠免疫抑制模型,测定如下实验指标:免疫器官重量指数、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能、迟发型变态反应(DTH)、溶血素(IgM)含量.结果表明:给小鼠灌胃剂量为200、400 mg/kg·d的蜜环菌胞外多糖和100 mg/kg·d的香菇多糖能显著提高免疫器官重量,增强小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,提高迟发型变态反应和促进溶血素(IgM)形成.说明蜜环菌胞外多糖有显著提高小鼠免疫功能的作用.

Abstract:The effects of exopolysaccharide from Armillaria mellea(AMEP) on the immunological function of mice were studied.The results showed that ig AMEP at the dosages of 200,400 mg/kg d and lentinan at the dosage of 100 mg/kg d respectively increased the weight of immune organs.AMEP could significantly increase percentage and index of the phagocytosis of macrophage,remarkbly enhance the delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) reaction and the content of serum hemolysis in the immunosuppressive mice.The results proved that AMEP could enhance the immunological function of mice.
