| 摘 要： | 改善党的领导,是邓小平长期思考的重大课题。邓小平根据党的状况和面临的任务,提出"改善党的领导"的思想和命题,这是对共产党执政规律的一个重要探索。在邓小平"改善党的领导"的思想和命题中,它把改善党的领导作为坚持和加强党的领导的逻辑起点、内在动因和方法论指导,从改善党的领导制度、组织状况、领导方式、思想政治工作、党的作风、党的纪律和监督等六个方面提出了具体的改善内容和思路。邓小平关于"改善党的领导"的思想,是执政党建设在理论与实践上的与时俱进,是执政党建设的重大创新,是新时期加强和改进党的建设的指导性原则。
