| 摘 要： | 本文分析了齿轮泵封闭容积和封闭压力的变化规律，研究了卸荷槽形位、齿侧间隙大小和困油关系，提出了开设阻尼槽式卸荷槽的新方法，从而使齿轮泵在不同齿隙时仍具有容积效率高和压力脉动小的工作性能。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we analyze the change laws of gear pumps closed volume and closed pressure.Then we study the relationship between pocketed oil and unloading troughs tolerance and tooth space.Finally we give a new method of setting damping slot typed unloading trough so that there are high volumetric efficiency and little pressure fluctuation when the gear pump is in different tooth space. |
