| Abstract: | This paper presents the structure of the hardware and the system software of a multi-channel intelligent heat flow meter.By using the micro- processor,the discharge coefficient,compressibility factor,orifice diameter, steam density and enthalpy can be compensated automatically.So the accuracy of the heat flow meter is improved greatly in the variation of the operating condition.In addition,because the span of the differential pressure transmit- ter can be controlled on line by changing the number of feedback coil circles via micro relay,the span ratio of heat flow meter increases to 6 or 7,while it only can be 3 or 4 for the original meter. |
