建设车间式实训室创新专业技能实现途径

增强学生的专业实践能力,是职业教育的努力方向和目标,给学生提供学习与实训的真实职业背景,是实现这一目标的关键举措。通过分析机械、电子行业职业新特征对从业人员的要求,提出职业技术院校培养技能型人才必须建立“车间式实训室”的概念,并结合车间式实训室的特点,阐述车间式实训室的建设原则,从而形成“教材内容体现操作过程、专业实训体现加工过程、学习思考体现工作过程”等专业实践能力培养的基本思路。

To Establish Simulated Workplace Training Rooms and Innovate the Approaches to Professional Competency Training

Such being the case, it should be oriented to improve students' competency in professional practice, and the key to the goal achievement lies in students' access to the simulated workplaces for learning and training. Based on an analysis of the requirements for employees posed by new features of various industries such as mechanics, electronics etc., this paper is aimed to present the concept, characteristics and construction principles of the Simulated Workplace Training Room, which is an indispensable component of vocational education. The author also presents the strategy in students' workplace competency training: the process of workplace operation should be illustrated in teaching materials, simulated in workplace training and embodied in the whole process of vocational education.
