| 摘 要： | 通过铁路机车柴油机曲轴清洗设备的设计过程,结合国内外清洗设备的发展现状,阐述零部件清洁度在机械装配运转过程中的影响;根据被清洗对象污物的来源种类、附着力、脏污程度、清洁度要求和现场的实际生产条件,以及经济上的合理性来选择清洗工艺流程、清洗方法和清洗剂;通过大量的流体力学计算和实验参数来设计柴油机曲轴清洗设备。

| Abstract: | ZBased on the design process of crankshaft cleaning equipment of railway diesel and the present developing state of cleaning equipment, the influence of parts' cleanness on the running and assembling processes of the machine are analyzed. The cleaning process,method and detergent are discussed in terms of the origin of the dirt, the dirt's adhesion, contaminative degree, cleanliness requirement, practical production condition and the rationality of economy. The diesel crankshaft cleaning equipment is designed based on the hydrodynamic calculation and experimental data. |
