| 摘 要： | 随着现代科学技术的进步和生产力的发展，城市的功能和作用愈来愈大，而城市的发展越来越离不开科技进步。通过对2001—2002年我国城市科技投入产出的数据分析，证明了科技投入的增加、科技实力的增强对疆升城市科技进步水平，增强城市科技创新能力的重要作用。

| Abstract: | With the progress of modern science and technology and the development of productivity, the functions and effects of the cities are bigger and bigger. And the development of the cities cannot do without the sci-tech progress. Through the analysis on the data of the sci-tech input/output of Chinese cities in the period of 2001-2002, this paper proves that the increasing of the sci-tech input and the strengthening of the sci-tech strength have positive effect on lifting the level of the urban sci-tech progress and strengthening the urban technical innovation power. |
