| 摘 要： | 论述了某多层砖混结构的底层局部大空间改造和加固做法，特别是底层承重砖墙拆除后，增设托梁支承上部墙板荷载的具体设计内容和施工步骤，以及使用效果。通过该实例的介绍，对类似的工程实践提出了一种可供参考的思路和方法。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the method of the remake and reinforcement of partial and large space of the ground floor of one multi - storey structure after the demolition of the load - bearing brick wall of the ground floor, the de- tailed designing, the concrete construction procedures and application effect of adding supporting beams to support the load of the top wall and floor. In addition, the paper proposes a new thought and method for similar engineering projects for reference. |
