塔河油田盐膏层钻井工艺探讨

摘    要:塔河油田具有盐膏层埋藏深、厚度大、压力高、层间变化大、塑性变形严重的特征。因此,如何解决在盐膏层钻进过程中出现的“溶、缩、塌、胀、漏、卡、喷、损”等复杂问题,是钻井工程的重点与难点。通过分析盐膏层的地层特性,论述了盐膏层的蠕变机理,同时对盐膏层钻井液技术以及特殊钻井工艺方面进行了探讨。研究结果表明,通过调整钻井液密度及增加氯根浓度可有效地抑制蠕变,同时结合承压堵漏及随钻扩孔等工艺措施可有效解决盐膏层蠕变引起的井下复杂事故。
