摘    要:针对连续监测直线型混凝土重力坝变形的要求,采用基于三点法准直原理的真空激光波带片衍射成像方法,研制出全自动真空激光变形测量系统并取得了成功的应用.该系统主要特点为:全自动,在主控机的控制下全自动运行,可在设定的时间点上对大坝的水平和垂直变形同时进行监测;精度高,采用特殊设计的接收装置和专门的优化算法,测量精度0.1mm,分辨率0.01mm;全封闭,为保护整个系统的安全和稳定运行,整个系统采用全封闭设计;系统同时具有网络通讯能力,上位机可通过Internet自动连接现场主控机,远程实现对整个测量系统的完全控制.

Abstract:By vacuum laser zone-plate diffraction imaging based on three points method,a full automatic vacuum deformation monitoring system is developed and applied to deformation monitoring of a straight concrete dam successfully.The system has four main characteristics: first,fully automatic,under the control of main computer the whole system can measure horizontal and vertical deformation simultaneously according to settled schedule;second,high accuracy,depending on specially designed receiver and algorithm,precision 0.1 mm,resolution 0.01 mm are achieved;third,fully sealed,the whole system is fully sealed which will protect the measuring system from ambient disturbances;last,the ability to operate internet communication and control,through internet host computer can not only communicate with the measuring system but also control the whole system entirely.
