集群系统的单一系统映像研究

摘    要:提出了一种集群网络服务器单一系统映像的结构,即Glosim系统.该系统在操作系统内核层通过修改与IPC对象、进程信号相关的系统调用,提供全局系统映像服务,支持全局IPC对象,包括消息队列、信号量及共享内存,同时引入全局工作进程概念,透明地提供SSI服务,并与LVS和SIOS配合,实现了集群系统的高性能单一系统映像.

Abstract:This paper presented a novel architecture for a single system image built on cluster system, named Glosim. It was implemented in the kernel layer of operating system, and provided global system image support by modifying system relative to IPC objects and process signals. It supported global IPC objects including message queue, semaphore and shared memory. A new concept of global working process was introduced and SSI support was given transparently. Combined with Linux Virtual Server, single IO space, it completely constructed a SSI cluster network server with high performance.
