运用仿生学基本原理,从人体生理学细胞物质转运入手,对人力资源层次上的企业人力资源开发方法、部门系统层次上的人力资本的来源和人力资源系统开发、整体水平上的人力资源的管理开发和激励开发,以及对教育、培训和人力资源配置在企业人力资源开发中的作用进行研究,以期形成一套系统的企业人力资源开发方法,发挥企业在其人力资源开发中的作用.

Applied research on human physiology in enterprise human resource development

Using basic principles of bionics and starting from the research of cell substance transport in physiology of human body,this paper studies on the following four aspects: the methods of enterprise human resource development on the level of human resources;the source of human capital and the methods of systematic development of human resource on the level of department system;the methods of management and stimulation development of human resource on the level of the whole;and the function of education,training and human resource deployment in the enterprise human resource development.It is aimed to form a systematic enterprise human resource development method,and to exert the effect of enterprise in its human resource development.
