镉(Ⅱ)—5—Br—PADAP—OP体系析相光度法测定痕量镉的研究

摘    要:本文研究了用 Cd(Ⅱ)—5—Br—PADAP—OP 体系折相光度法测定痕量镉的条件。实验麦明这一析相显色体系在 pH8.5—10.0时呈粉红色,其最大吸收波长为560nm,ε560=1.0×10~5,镉含量在2.0—4.5μg/5.0mL 范围内服从比耳定律。

Abstract:The Phase Separation—spectrophotometric determination of trace cd(Ⅰ) with 5—Br—PADAP and non—ionic surfactant OP was studied.The experiment showed that the colour of the system cd(Ⅰ)—5—Br—PADAP —OP is pink in a buffer solution of pH 8.5-10.0 and exhibits an absor- ption peak at 560nm,Its molar absorptivity is found to be 1.0×10~5 1. mol~(-1).cm~(-1) Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 2.0~4.5μg cd/5.0ml.
