| 摘 要： | 随着教育事业的发展,对教学评估的需求不仅表现在学生质量上,而且还反映在教职工队伍素质上;科学地、及时或实时处理有关状态进程的教职工队伍素质信息的需求迫在眉捷。以本单位的状态进程数据源为对象、用ACCESS数据库管理系统为平台并结合VBA语言, 创建了基于个人状态进程的人事管理数据库及其应用环境;所形成的数据库系统已成功地服务于教学评估。该研究为有效解决基于状态进程的人事信息科学管理提供了积极有用的思想和途径。

| Abstract: | With the development of education enterprise, the teaching evaluation is required concerned with both qualities of the students and the teaching staff. The requirement is very important that deals with scientifically the teaching staff information about state course and duly. Taking the state course data source as an object. based on the Access database system and using the VBA, the article establishes a personnel information management database and its application environment based on personal state course. It has been used in teaching evaluation successfully. The research gives a useful method to solve the personnel information scientific management based on state course effectively. |
