基于SEM的高技能人才薪酬激励影响因素的研究

摘    要:以激励理论为指导,提出研究假设,对高技能人才薪酬激励影响因素进行了实证分析。结构方程模型分析结果表明:薪酬管理观念的人本化、薪酬结构的内部一致性、销售薪酬水平的外部竞争性、销售薪酬计酬方式的公平性和销售薪酬支付形式的科学性对高技能人才薪酬激励程度存在显著正向影响,其中高技能人才薪酬水平的外部竞争性的影响尤为显著。

Abstract:Highly-skilled personnel who were life scout of enterprises were important component of talented workforce.Motivation of remuneration of highly-skilled personnel was stock issue of remuneration management.In this paper,the author analyzed influencing factors of motivation of remuneration based on theory of motivation.The results of analysis of structural equation model showed that human-cenetred of conception of remuneration management,internal consistency of remuneration structure,external competitiveness of sale remuneration level,fairness of method payment of sale remuneration and scientificity of way payoff of sale remuneration obviously influenced motivation of remuneration of highly-skilled personnel.Thereinto,the influence of external competitiveness of sale remuneration level was the most remarkable.
