摘    要:本文试验测定了40CrNiMo 合金钢在正火状态下的应变寿命曲线和循环应力-应变曲线。通过回归分析得出了材料的6个应变疲劳参数,验证了该材料属于循环软化,但具有典型的 Massing 效应。实验证明,步增量法较单级法准确和简便。本文建议测取循环应力-应变曲线,应当采用步增量程序法取代单级法作为一种统一的试验方法。

Abstract:The strain- controlled fatigue properties of the normalized 40CrNiMo steel,including the strain- life and cyclic stress-strain relationships. are experiment-ally determined. The six strain- controlled fatigue parameters are given by meansof regression analysis of the tested data. It is verified that the material inve-stigated is of cyclic softening type with typical Massing effect. The resultsalso show that, in determining the cyclic stress-strain curve. the incremental-step method is superior to the single-step method in accuracy and convenience.Therefore, it is suggested to be used as a generalized experimental procedure.
