青年男性血沉正常参考值与地理因素的关系

摘    要:为制定青年男性血沉正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据.收集了中国157个单位甩温氏法测定的12180例健康青年男性血沉正常参考值.运用偏相关分析的方法,研究了其与地理因素的关系.发现海拔高度是影响青年男性血沉正常参考值最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,青年男性血沉正常参考值在逐渐的减小,相关性极显.用主成分分析的方法提取了两个主成分z1和z2,它们能较全面的反映所有变量的信息.用青年男性血沉正常参考值对这两个主成分进行回归分析,得到回归方程:^Y=3.68-0.0009201X1 0.005251X2 0.05234X3 0.1038X4 0.0005743X5。如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的青年男性血沉正常参考值.依据青年男性血沉正常参考值与地理因素的关系把中国分为青藏区,西南区,西北区,东南区,华北区,东北区等6个区。

Abstract:In order to get a basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese young men's ESR.The relatoionship between the reference value of 12 180 examples Chinese healthy young men's ESR and five geographical factors from Chinese 157 areas, which are determined by the way of wintrobe laws,was studied by using the partial correlations and regression analysis. It was found that altitude was the main factor affecting the reference value of Chinese young men's ESR. As the altitude increase gradually, the reference value decrease gradually, the partial correlation is high significant. By using principal component analysis and regression analysis, the regression equation is got: ^Y=3.68-0.0 009 201x_1+0.005 251x_2+0.05 234x_3+0.1 038x_4+0.0 005 743x_5. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the reference value, taking the altitude as the main dividing basis and considering effects of other geographical factors and population distribution, China can be divided into six regions: Qinghai-Tibet, Southwest China, Northwest China, Southeast China, North China and Northeast China region.
