| 摘 要： | 分析１４０例前交叉韧带重建术后膝关节稳定性临床检查及Ｓｔｒｙｋｅｒ膝关节测量器检查结果。１０８例（７７．１３％）自觉术后膝关节稳如健侧或偶有失稳感；１０５例（７４．８０％）抽屉试验阴性或阳性＋；１１４例（８１．４３％）ＬａｃｈｍａｎＴｅｓｔ阴性或阳性＋；Ｓｔｒｙｋｅｒ膝关节测量结果１２１例（８６．４３％）胫骨前移值＜３ｍｍ；Ｓｔｒｙｋｅｒ膝关节测量器使前交叉韧带重建术后膝关节稳定性测试客观化和量性化。

| Abstract: | The results of the clinical examination and instrumented testingwith Stryker kneemeter in 140 cases after ACL reconstruction were analysed. One hundred and eight cases(77.13%) were satisfied with the knee stability after opechn, by Dyawer--test there were 105 cases(74.80%) negative or + and by Lachman Test 114 cases (81.43%). Itotrumented measurement with Stryker kneemeter showed anteromovement of tibia <3mm by 121 cases(86.43%). It is believed that the instrumented measurement are the most significant for evaluation of the knee stability. |
