脱脂咖啡渣中甘露聚糖含量的测定

摘    要:以D- 甘露糖为标准,DNS作显色剂,用分光光度法间接测定脱脂咖啡渣中甘露聚糖的含量.结果表明:它在492 nm 处有最大吸收峰,测定标准回收率高,相对误差小,重现性好.该法操作简单,效果良好,适用于测定各种类型脱脂咖啡渣中甘露聚糖的含量.

Abstract:By using mannose as the standard and DNS as colour developing reagent,the author indirectly determinated the content of mannan in defatted coffee grounds by spectrophotometry. The Results shewed that there is the highest absorbance at 492 nm,and the standard recovery rates high,and the relative error small,and the recurrences good,and this method is simple and suitable for all kinds of defatted coffee grounds.
