尼麦角林不同给药途径抗血栓作用的药效学研究

目的 观察尼麦角林对大鼠血栓形成的影响，研究对比尼麦角林的不同给药途径的药效。方法 采用大鼠动-静脉血栓形成法，通过静脉、鼻腔、舌下三种途径的不同浓度给药，分别测定血栓形成抑制率。 结果 尼麦角林不同给药途径均可明显抑制大鼠血栓形成，不同给药途径的药物吸收的速度排序为：静注＞鼻腔＞舌下。结论 尼麦角林鼻腔给药的血栓抑制率与静注相近，有进一步深入研究的价值。
