分光光度法测定水中锰及影响因素

摘    要:利用在NaHCO3 介质中的微量锰能催化H2 O2 对茜素磺酸钠的氧化反应 ,而使茜素磺酸钠褪色 ,当条件合适时褪色速度与锰的含量成正比 ,从而可用分光光度法测定水中锰的含量 .该法操作简单快速 ,灵敏度高 ,准确性好 ,适用于地面水和地下水中锰的测定 ,最低检出限 :2 μg L .

Abstract:The oxidation reaction of hydrogen peroxide to sodium alizarin sulfonate is catalyzed by micro manganous in sodium hydrogen canbonate medium so sodium alizarin sulfonate fade.The fading velocity is direct ration with manganous content in stitable condition.Therefore the manganous contents are determined by spectrophoto graphy .The method is simple,fast,high,sensitivity and accutrate.It can be used for micro maganous to determine in surface and ground water.The minimum detectabitity is 2μg/L.
