| Abstract: | By studying the application of different kinds of repetitive training,this paper shows that repetitive training is a useful training scheme for physical and technical training in martial art. The author also points out some problems which must be given attention to when applying the method of repetitive training, providing some useful information for the pattern training and the competition of martial art. |
