注塑模温度场的试验研究

摘    要:讨论了二维非稳态模具温度场的数学模型。采用实测分析的方法对模具温度场进行了研究。在改变冷却水孔的直径大小及冷却水流速两种工况下,通过微机系统的采集和处理,画出注塑周期中模具型腔二维等温线和三维温度场的图形,为设计注塑模冷却系统提供了依据。

Abstract:The authors deal with a mathematical model for temperature field in the mould under two dimensional unsteady state. The mould temperature field is experimentally measured and studied. Under the two conditions of varied co oling water hole diameter and velocity, the mould cavity isotherm and temperature field profiles are plotted by means of data acquistion and processing on a microcomputer system in the injection period, thus providing the basis for the design of the cooling system for the injection mould.
