六安市养老保险的现状、存在的问题及对策

在分析六安市养老保险现状及存在问题的基础上，提出四个方面的对策建议：加快养老保险地方性法规建设，完善基本养老保险制度；学习贯彻落实十七大精神，努力扩大基本养老的覆盖面；加大养老保险基金的征缴力度，积极推进城乡统筹社会养老保险；严格工作规程，提高养老保险的社会化服务水平。

The Status and Problems and Countermeasures of Old-age Insurance in the City of Lu'an

On the basis of analyzing the status and the problems of old-age insurance in the city of Lu'an,the article gives four proposals: we should accelerate the building of local regulations and rules for pension insurance and perfect the basic old-age insurance system;we should study and implement the spirit of the 17th National People's Congress and do our best to expand the basic old-age insurance coverage;we should increase intensity of the collection of the pension insurance and actively promote urban and rural social old-age insurance;we should be strict with the work regulations and improve the social service level of the old-age insurance.
